Warranties

In case of a warranty claim, please let us know in writing or by completing a warranty form detailing the fault or defect. Please allow us or the manufacturer to investigate the claim before any replacement, refund, or credit is issued. If you’d like to, you may need to provide additional information or goods for inspection.

We will not be liable for defects arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering with goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or ordering of goods, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. All items, parts, and accessories are covered by a Limited Warranty, the duration of which varies by product as described at the time of sale.

Engine warranties cover mechanical defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pump. Accessories such as pumps, sensors, switches, cables, belts, hoses, and manifolds are not covered. Transmission warranties cover mechanical failures due to defects, such as slipping or failure to engage in forward and/or reverse. Transmissions are not warranted if the oil filter, transmission oil, and seals are not installed according to OEM specifications.

All warranties are void if the part is installed in an application for which the vehicle manufacturer did not intend, or if the vehicle is used as a race car, limousine, taxi, bus, rental vehicle, or other commercial application. There is no warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids, or coolants.
